Sourced from high elevation, 300 meter sandstone soils, its a vibrant mix of tropical melon, zesty gooseberry, and a distinct flinty minerality that keeps things electric. The winemaking is impressively intriquite for a value bottle. It's hand picked spontaneouslt fermentted, and spend several months on its ees in nuetral French Oak. Its medium bodied,
