Main compenent in Bourbon is corn (mini 51% for bourbon), Gilles prefers Bourbons with an higher Rye content. He has acquired several barrels with different content of rye to make his own blend, another Champagne Twist . Bourbon has to be aged in new barrels for the 3st 3 years of its life in the US
