A lot of the people I photographed had poor eyesight – it is one of the side effects of albinism – and worked in institutions for the visually impaired

this is a new book but there is a soft crease to top front of jacket whihc is now in a removable protective sleeve

others rarely published – this book demonstrates how the frontline on which Meiselas has worked involves a bearing of witness and a gathering of evidence
