A soft and supple mouthfeel gives way to polished tannins and delivers a silky smooth Cabernet Sauvignon that is rich and profound

A very pretty wine that is very characteristic of the vintage

The palate is initially quite juicy and flavoursome with silky tannins

followed by darker flavours of liquorice and chocolate

Twenty four months in French oak provides depth and balance to this style which is dominated by juicy ripe plum

Moores Hill Pinot Gris 2016 pierre-gaillard A soft and supple mouthfeelA vibrant wine showing a attractive aroma of pear and stone fruits. The palate is both supple and luscious balanced with refreshingly crisp acidity. Flavours of pear, white peach with a crisp finish make this an ideal accompaniment to summer foods such as antipasto, salads or super fresh seafood.
