The palate is starting to fill out and broaden its mouthfeel displaying flavours of ripe lime, citrus and subtle dried honey with a toasty overlay and some spicy kero characters on the dry crisp finish. Aftertaste of ripe lime, citrus, toasty kero characters and spice. Drink now or hold for a further 4 5 years.
