Langhe Bianco "Mun Cru" 2023 Zona di produzione_Beaujolais (Francia) cultivates vineyards and olive grovesCascina delle Rose's Mun Cru is a white wine produced in Barbaresco. Mun Cru comes from a small southwest facing plot, at about 260 meters above sea level, where the calcareous clay soils ensure perfect drainage and give the wine a delicate minerality. The vines, trained with the Guyot system on gentle slopes, enjoy significant temperature excursions between day and night, which preserve fresh aromas and balanced acidity. PRODUCTION LIMITED TO 564
