CASEIFICIO ROSSO - Tartufetto Caffè Perfect as an aperitif andRED DAIRY Truffle Tartufetto is born from the combination of Maccagno from Caseificio Rosso di Biella (considered one of the Best Cheeses in Italy by Gambero Rosso) and summer truffle. It is a semi soft, medium ripened cheese made with local pasteurized cow's milk. Its flavor is intense yet balanced between the richness of the truffle and the sweetness of the cheese. Whole loaf: approximately 320g, ideal size for gifts and tastings. CHARACTERISTICS
